*1. There are 4 zippers inside the pet car booster. To install the hollow boards,unzip first. The hollow boards are sturdy,which is necessary for providing optimal support. As a result,it may be a bit challenging to fit them into the zipper compartments. Before inserting the hollow boards,bend the left and right sides of the boards a little bit and push them inside the compartments forcefully. 2. The 8 rings on the bottom of the booster are for bottom straps. The 4 rings on the top and 4 rings on the side are for side straps. 3. The inner size of the car seat is 17.13x7.87x9.25in. Please measure your pet’s size before purchase. Height*:Measure from the floor to the top of pet’s back. Length:Measure from your pet’s chest to their tail.
